Dani’s most recent shoreside appearance was singing the US National Anthem for Game 3 of the Canadian Hockey League’s Finals, where the Shreveport/Bossier Mudbugs squared off against the Laredo Bucks at CenturyTel Arena in Bossier City, Louisiana.

While taking a short break from performing, Dani filled the days of summer volunteering with ChimpHaven in Caddo Parish, Louisiana. Then after a seven-week visit to her heart’s home of Lancaster, Pennsylvania, she was again called out to sea and is now performing aboard Holland America Cruise Line. For the next three months, her ship, the ms Veendam, will travel to 11 exotic ports in 9 countries, six of which Dani’s never been to before! Be sure to check out her daily blog, “Cruise, Dani, Cruise!” to see pictures, videos, and personal chronicles of “ship life” and other adventures at sea.

Dani Garza does quite well by Susy. She convincingly portrays a spunky blind woman without overdoing and turns in a well-rounded performance. She certainly gets marks for making no little mistakes. And one believes she is truly frightened when things get dire.

Dani Garza turns in a solid performance as the Woman. She does well in moving her character from stolid vagueness to a tangible person.
